An Easter Season Full of Hope, Hustle & Heart

This Easter looked a little different for our family—but in the most meaningful way. Between egg hunts, baskets, and sweet moments with our girls, I found myself pausing more than usual. Not just to catch my breath (though, yes, that too), but to really take in what this season means for us—as a family and as small business owners building something from scratch.

The Season of New Beginnings

Spring has always felt like a fresh start. The flowers bloom, the days stretch a little longer, and there’s this collective shift—like we’re all shaking off the weight of winter and stepping into something lighter.

This year, that feeling hit differently.

As we wait for final permits, flooring installation, and all the little pieces to come together for Maeve & Rayne, it feels like we’re blooming too. Every inch of progress, every message from a curious parent, every little “like” on Instagram—it all adds up. It’s a reminder that what we’re building is real, even in the quiet seasons before the doors open.

Family, Friends & Founders

We celebrated Easter surrounded by the people who’ve been cheering us on from day one. Grandparents helping with the kids, friends listening to our business woes, my husband and I—taking turns between food runs, parenting, and dreaming out loud again about what Maeve & Rayne will become.

These moments ground us.

They remind me that this business was never just about creating a play space. It’s about creating community—something that mirrors what we have in our own lives and want to extend to others. A place where families gather, connect, and make memories that matter.

Holding Onto Hope

Starting something from the ground up—while still working, parenting, and doing life—is a lot. Some days, it’s energizing. Others, it’s overwhelming. But this Easter reminded me that we’re not doing it alone.

We have each other.

We have you—our growing Maeve & Rayne community.

And we have this vision that’s rooted in love, purpose, and a whole lot of hope.

As we move through spring and inch closer to our grand opening, I’m holding that hope tightly. We’re excited. We’re nervous. We’re in it—and we’re so grateful you’re with us for the ride. 💛

Wishing your family peace, joy, and lots of chocolate bunnies. 🐰

♥️ Playfully yours, your mom-friend in fun, Lynne
